As I said, I have used their services for years and recommend them to others without hesitation. Angel and Gary have worked hard to make the process of renting and purchasing as painless as possible, and exhibit great patience :-)
Gary was really helpful with both the purchase negotiations as well as the walk throughs, helping me with my list of items needing the developers attention. Angel seemed to intuitively know what I would like and showed my places I didn't think I would like, but ended up purchasing.
