It didn't go well. They did ok work in the installation of the dampers. They did leave air space between the flex duct and the regular duct (which loses a lot of air conditioning). They also skipped one of the dampers and the house was not close to even when they left. The gentleman was very unpleasant and was upset that even though I was doing $1500 worth of work, I had several questions before the job. I was afraid it would not work out well. They became very impatient. The owner was critical of my needs.
