We have paid this General Contactor over $55,000 and all we have is a hole in the ground.  We have fought back and forth with him through emails and phone calls to get the construction started and he has come up with every excuse in the book.  Construction started in August of 2013 and 6 months later we have a hole in the ground and the pluming started.  He has not shown up in the last three months saying that he can not pour the foundation due to the weather. Then the other day he sent the original plans and permits back to us in the mail and will not return our phone calls or emails.  He has abandoned the job and stolen our deposit money.  We had two other contractors come out to evaluate the job and let us know what we need to do to finish the job.  Both contractors said that there was no reason why we could not start construction and that the work he has done has been done incorrectly. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!  The owners name is Tim Caldwell and he will steal your money and do the job incorrectly!!!
