The sales staff that we worked with was great. However, since the completion of our home both sales employees that worked with us have since left the company. Losing those valuable contacts is where our problems with this builder began. Without that direct link to the company, all of our issues and concerns have been ignored. We were promised a 6-month walk-through to repair any problems that might have resulted from the house "settling". We have a small list of these minor issues that we've been trying to get fixed since our walk-through was due in February. In addition to the minor issues, there is a pressing sump pit problem. All communication with the company's owner has been extremely poor. Most correspondence is ignored. The few times he has responded he has been less than helpful. I have initiated an investigation with our county government in an attempt to gain traction in getting the sump pit issue resolved. Our building experience was mostly pleasant with this company, despite several lapses in the target completion date. However, trying to get problems resolved since construction completed has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home in the Westminster, MD area.
