Graves Electrical Contractors LLC

I contacted 4 different companies before finding out about Graves Electrical Contractors. Next time, I'll just go straight to them and save myself the hassle. We have an electric tankless water heater (as opposed to gas), which apparently is pretty rare. None of the other companies could fix it. Kyle Graves had never worked with one before, but he was confident that he knew what he was doing, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the part, and install the new part without any problem. They were prompt and provided excellent service. In addition, they came out within half an hour of me telling them that the part was in, and didn't charge me extra- on New Years Day, no less. They also noticed a problem I was having with my kitchen light while they were there. Since they had to go to the store anyway to look at parts for the water heater, they picked me up a new light (saving me from having to pay them for a separate trip), and replaced it while fixing the water heater, so I didn't have to pay double the amount of money. Next time I have any electrical or home improvement problems, I'll just call them right away and save myself the trouble of dealing with multiple companies.
