Everything was great and on time. They sent my invoice to my text and they kept their word on everything. I will be using them again!

They were amazing! The funeral home told them the wrong time for the funeral, so they delivered the flowers after the funeral was over. Gordon's called us immediately and offered a solution without any prompting from us. Even though the mix-up of times for the delivery was not their fault, they assumed all responsibility and incurred all costs associated with fixing the problem. We never had to complain or demand any kind of retribution. They were pro-active and offered a full refund and re-delivery completely unprompted. Due to their incredible customer service, we will use them for all of our floral needs in the future.
