IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS USING SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO LOCATE A TECHNICIAN. THEN A TECHNICIAN WAS PROVIDED BY TELEPHONE, BUT ONCE THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED, THE TECHNICIAN MADE AN ON-SITE VISIT. THE TECHNICIAN'S ASSESSMENT REQUIRED NEW EQUIPMENT WHICH WOULD BE AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY, NO SHOW OR CALL FROM THE TECHNICIAN. A CALL TO THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT HIS NO SHOW, GENERATED AN INCOMPLETE SERVICE CALL AND A CHANGE OF ALARM COMPANIES.

ITS BEEN VERY COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS THEY WOULD BE EXTREMELY PROMPT IN DEALING WITH THEM. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM.
