I fired Junae Fonger for unprofessional and unethical behavior. I used her services for over a year. She was hired to walk my dog daily, but charged me for services not provided. I became suspicious in the fall when my neighbors asked if I still had a dog walker, since they weren't seeing her take my dog out consistently. I couldn't prove this, though. Then she charged me for daily walks when my dog was at a kennel for a week while I was having workmen in the house. I had forgotten to cancel her services. When faced with a dog-free house and several workmen, instead of contacting me to ask where my dog was and ask about a schedule change, she continued to charge me for daily walks without comment. A few months prior, she sent me several requests for payment which had already been made (and cashed) after being sent to the mailing address on her invoice. Junae stated the payment went to her partner, not her, and implied I had sent it to the wrong place. When I explained, she grumbled that she "wouldn't see that money since she was suing her partner". I was hugely disappointed in this lack of professionalism and very questionable billing practices. When I fired her, she didn't even ask why. I'm sorry I was swindled this long, and am very happy to have her out of my house. Good Riddance!!

They are professional, reliable, flexible and great with the dog and cat. No more trauma or sulks when we get home from a long trip. Rates for a 3-visit day are reasonable and they do the "extras." They cover a wide range of the Baltimore Metro area.
