Mike and his crew did an excellent job pargeting the house's above ground foundation. Mike went above and beyond helping us with the particular situation we were dealing with. We would highly recommend him.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. Mike came out to see what needed to be done, measured, then told me specifically what his company would do. He followed that up with a detailed quote, stating all the work that would be done. His price was the best out of all the other companies I interviewed. The crew was scheduled, and communication was great. They arrived on time, they were courteous and pleasant. They performed the agreed upon work with expertise. Then they did a thorough job of cleaning up afterward. I am very pleased with the job that was done.

It went well! Showed up on time, cleaned up the mess and it looks great! I don't need to worry anymore about my tenants toddler tripping over the raised sidewalk anymore.

After the concrete slab that the first floor of my home was determined to have moisture in a few areas, I needed to find a way to stop the moisture so that a new engineered wood floor could be installed. The claims adjuster for my insurance company, a plumber, and a general contractor didn't know what to do other than apply a sealant and hope for the best. I contacted Mike Fry, who came out that evening. He said that the problem has most likely been occurring for many years (he later determined that the foundation had been patched where the most serious moisture spot was); probably the plastic under the slab had been punctured.
Mike said I could get a can of DryLock and seal the places on the slab where moisture had occurred myself. I asked if he could do this since that was out of my comfort zone. He told me the minimum fee for his services--$250--and I agreed. He came out the next morning with an invoice, which I paid then, and applied the DryLock. I called him the next day with a question and he responded quickly.

I was contacted immediately within an hour.  An estimate was given within 24 hours.  The work started two days later and was completed within the week.  They made sensible recommendations on how to make the repairs and my options.  They also went the extra mile and tightened up the porch railing.  I can't say enough about this company.  Excellent, excellent work!!  I would include before and after pictures, but I don't see a place to do it.  I just love their work and would hire again.  A great experience overall.
