Although our expertise is in pest control, we focus on you, the customer. We understand that pest problems vary in nature, which is why we emphasize communicating with you to resolve your pest issues. Since pests often react to weather patterns, we have tailored our service with built-in flexibility to properly treat given the current weather conditions of the area. As a result, our techniques may slightly vary from service to service, which will provide a more effective overall annual treatment for your home. Once existing pests are eradicated, we specialize in creating and maintaining a protective barrier around your home to prevent future access. If you have any concerns between visits, we are only a phone call away from sending out one of our local service technicians at no cost to you. Again, our focus is YOU. All that we ask is you communicate with us whenever you have a concern. This sort of communication is vital for us to provide you with the level of service needed to take care of your pest needs. We make ourselves available on Saturdays upon request. We will always notify you via email and an automated phone call of any upcoming services to facilitate scheduling. Garbage company, my problem got worse, satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I asked for a refund, they said they could send someone out again but it wouldn’t fix the problem most likely. I disputed the charge on my credit card, won and they sent my bill to a collection agency. Terrible.

Going door to door during a pandemic in a neighborhood that disallows soliciting while not wearing a mask is a surefire way to drum up business!

They were working on for months and couldn't do anything to solve the problem. You had a handymen to work on it and just one day the handymen found the problem and solved the problem. I feel that the company wasted my money for working for months and never got the problem solved or under control. And Disputing claims that I owe them money for the service.

They don't pay attention and they seem to just send anyone here. They are more eager to estimate the sale than they are to actually fulfill. They should provide the services you actually requested, have better customer service and have better pricing. There is a lady there called Jennifer and she'll try to get things done for you. It was $90 quarterly.

I will hopefully be able to update after a few months to really see, but I can say the technician was thorough in going over the interior and exterior of the house, placing bait, placing traps, and that sorting out billing and so on over the phone was very pleasant and reasonable. (note, the cost of service was for the one time, but I did sign up for the quarterly package)

Sprayed my house for all insects, kept the spray conservative due to pets. Advised me on future prevention of pests. Excellent job, I haven't seen a spider since he left!

I paid in advance through Angie's list for extermination services They were to contact me to schedule visit After about a week they did not call so I contacted Angie's List. They said Frontline Pest would call me, but also gave me a number to call them. Frontline never called. I called them. They said that there was a mistake and they did not do work in Washington DC even though the first step in the interface through Angie's List has you put in your zip code. The company rep said they would refund the money. This was a huge waste of time and effort and delayed me getting the service that I needed. Frontline said they did not know if they would correct it, and Angie's List said it was not there problem to fix.

Per instructions I sent an email to company. After 4 days and no response I contacted the company. Company rep., Kristen, was more interested in selling me a one year service. stated not interested several times. Kristen told me a person would call to schedule appt. Called company two days later sine hadn't received phonecall. Person told me they didn't have any of my information. Had to give my information again. scheduled appt. The technician, Mike, was excellent. I described the problem. He explained in great detail the solution and what he was going to do. Mike was very knowledgeable, personable and did a very good job.

Due to this company engaging in unfair business practices, I will no longer use nor endorse Frontline Pest Control. If you pay a reduced cost using one of the specials on Angie’s List or any other company, they will tell you that because you paid a lower cost, you will not receive the same service provided to others who pay full price. This was not advertised or how this process is supposed to work. After they treated my home, the rep informed me I could call back for re-treatment if the application didn’t take, the company refused to honor it or even evaluate the situation. Barely 2 weeks after the treatment for ants, I still had a serious ant issue (which I could attach my video); ants were swarming all over. I communicated with 3 different representatives and all were callous and didn’t care to try to work with me. Most companies advertise through Angie's List, Groupon, etc. to attract new customers and retain them; but not Frontline Pest Professionals. Their staff don’t understand this concept, nor do the care to. Avoid them!
