Excellent - all went well. This was the second time we used Freedom Car and we will definitely use again.

Perfectly. I shared the debacles from two other companies and felt the customer service was outstanding. On our emailed reservation form the comment section for the driver read "this family was left high and dry by a competitor so let's show them what we can do!".

Fabulous. Driver was early, arrived in a huge van (so there was ample room), van was clean and newer, driver helped me load everything and even provided a stool to get up into the van. When I made the reservation, I was told the tip was included in the price. The driver was so helpful, I really wanted to give him an additional tip, and he would not allow me to do so. He even helped me get a cart upon arrival at the airport. Really worth the cost.

They were right on time picking us up at home and meeting us at the airport to come back. The cars were in excellent condition and very comfortable. They called us a few days before to confirm our pickup. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

As above, it went very well. Drivers were very friendly and on time. Waited even though flight was delayed. There was an extra charge for evening pick-up at BWI but it felt worth it.

Things went well. Everything was on time. We had an 800 number to call in case we did not see them when we arrived, but someone was at the terminal exit.
