Company destroyed fountain while trying to descale lights in an upper fountain bowl. It was toppled, and we had to initiate a lawsuit to try to get them to accept responsibility. During court trial they basically submitted a defense that our fountain wasn't worth anything; they had been taking our money over 11 years. Annual maintenance cost consisting of start-up/shut-down service as well as 6 monthly services costed $1,750 during the fountain operating season. We had annual maintenance agreements with them. Annually charged from $1,500 to over $3,000 to do repairs at start-up of each season. Not at any time while taking our money did, they say we were paying for a worthless fountain, they only did that once sued for destroying it. I had problems with my previous company so we started using this company. Overall it's pretty good and better than with their competitors. However they aren't as thorough as I'd wanted though. They missed a couple little problems.
