Went very well could have been thousands more. We have used them for many years, for small and larger jobs,always responsive, prompt, and reasonable. Brian and Tom also have done minor jobs when in the house, no charge, like clearing block in gas range, hooking up natural gas grill. Very per friendly too.

Not great! The plumber came out the first time to fix the problem, and it worked for about 3 months.The leak came back. A second plumber came again and again fixed the problem. The charge for the second service was forgiven. In about another 3 months, the leak came back again. A third plumber came and fixed the leak again. So far the fix has held. This company thought that I should pay it a second time even though the problem obviously wasn't fixed the first two times it tried to remedy the problem. The company referred this matter to a collection company in an effort to collect their bill.

"Hospice and Homes for Heroes are our spoken charities. [removed member name] is not our charity. Upon the initial visit the plumber recommended to replace the handicap shower base and strainer. This fixture was installed by Another Contractor. The recommendation was declined and the plumber attempted to secure the existing strainer fixture. [removed member name] called months later claiming the fixture continued to leak. Another plumber visited the home and tendered to same recommendation, though again the advise was declined. Silicone was placed above the strainer to limit continued leakage...This visit was Provided with EXCUSED Charges. Months later [removed member name] called and was convinced the previous advise was correct. Since a material list was provided from the previous visit, the labor was limited to two hours, {no charge for the double crew member to assist}. [removed member name] called the office and questioned if the charges may be gifted, but that did not seem reasonable. A partial payment of $45.35 was mailed to company for satisfaction, which was appropriately returned. Since ALL seemed quite so suspicious, the interest was forward to a contracted for a Third Party Review. Immediately the office received a letter from a LEGAL firm where [removed member name] is employed stating Forster Plumbing Company is at risk of being Sued.. This failed review was provided to cause Forster Plumbing Company further injury, which is accepting as nothing less than juvenile behavior!! Surely... The appearance of impropriety is so very disconcerting. May God Bless us all."

Very responsive. Was there the next day. Arrived within in one hour of scheduled service time, and called to explain the delay twice. Work was done cleanly, and in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me, and he couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely use again.

Their man came over to fix our garbage disposal after I failed to be able to do so myself. He was quick, tidy, and effective, and we've had no problems since (4 months later). He also provided an estimate for another small, optional job--to hook up our fridge for the ice/water machine in the door. I found the prices good--I don't have that great a sense of what range to expect. The job was very quick, so I don't know what the minimum price would have been. All around a very good experience, and I do plan to use them again.

They were prompt and informative. The technician went above and beyond to let me know about another issue. He let me know that it wouldn't take as much as I thought it might be and that it wouldn't be expensive. The issue was at my mother's house and he was very kind to her and made sure that she understood everything as well.

They were punctual, courteous, realistic and knew any limits. For example, one problem with a sewer line they recommended a different company with different equipment to solve the problem in a faster and cheaper way. These guys are very honest.

Brian came to our house, checked the ancient leaking galvanized pipes and reviewed my options. Since we are on an economical track, he suggested repairing only from the leak to the more stable pipes. The crew were on time, did an efficient plumbing repair, cleaned up and left.

These guys are wonderful. They show up when they say they will (often a little early), they do good work, and they charge a fair price. I've had them do everything from big jobs (installing a sump pump in the basement) to small ones (fix a leaky faucet), and they've done a great job every time. Plus, they're really nice people! I would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt, ontime and finished all the work in an efficient manner. Unfortunately, a subsequent leak manifested at one of the shut off locations for the claw foot tub. Brian came out less than an hour after he was called and fixed the problem.

This company was very responsive when I called to schedule service. I also felt like their prices are extremely fair. He didn't even charge me for unplugging the drain, just for the new water heater and installation. I really recommend their services.

They didn't have a drain unit that fit so they had to run out to a plumbing supply store. Their work was reasonably quick and competent. They were quite professional. They were supposed to call with an estimate for additional repairs, but I never heard from them.

Called 10 days later and it was not fixed. I was told to wait 3-4 weeks. Called after 4 weeks still not fixed. The company works mon-fri bankers hours. They won't fix evenings or weekends. I would need to take time off work and lose money. They told me it's only a toilet.
