They did well on the installation but we thought they jacked the prices up for the cleaning. We told them we wanted to add 2 rooms which would only be $80, my husband gave them permission to do the work, but company did not let us know beforehand it would be an extra $200. I asked Rob how we got extra charges and he became defensive.

They arrived on time and proceeded to stretch the carpet which went well. They asked if we wanted the special pet treatment on both carpets which we did. They then proceeded to clean the carpets. Quite a few of the pet spots did not come out of the bedroom carpet which they said was normal for white carpet. My husband supervised the rest. They told him the carpet would dry in about 4 hours but it took more than 24jrs before it was completely dry. The next day I took our spot bot and cleaned all the spots in the living room they missed. They also charged ALOT more than I was quoted on the phone.
