Workers were fantastic. Mel was professional and talked with us and our idea instead of saying “yes” and moving forward. Workers showed up 9am on the dot and proceeded to work until the job was done. Everything was removed, dug up, framed and poured in two days. Very reasonably priced would hire again.

Foreman Construction LLC did an exceptional job of repairing my existing landing leading to the entrance of my basement, replacing the steps extending beyond the landing in accordance with corresponding codes and modifying the existing walls in preparation of a porch being installed as part of a subsequent home project and to safeguard the landing from excessive rain. As mentioned previously, the workmanship of Foreman Construction LLC was exceptional and additionally was exhibited via the extensive knowledge and experience of masonry possessed by Mel, the owner. When we encountered an unforeseen problem during the job, Mel sought to arrive at the appropriate remedy by troubleshooting and subsequently discussed it with us in a manner understandable to any layperson. I was also impressed by the professionalism and accommodating interpersonal skills shown by Foreman Construction LLC staff beginning with the receipt of the free estimate for the project and continuing to the final buffering touches used to add a certain luster to the look of the final project. Other things I was most appreciative of was their effective use of time to complete the project ahead of schedule; the continuous cleanup of any existing waste/trash and the fair method of pricing used to arrive at the final contract cost.
