Very unsatisfactory

I love my new fence!

I guess i am the unlucky one. After 6 months back and forth, quote changes ( twice), a survey i had paid $1k for and the permit they had finally secured the material is on my driveway. Finally right? Not quite.... The measurements were wrong again, they had not factored the inclinations on both sides of the house and because of the 25 cm gap between 1 gate and the ground they need to order new ones.... another 6 weeks with the unused material abandonned on my property ( hazard for kids, unhappy HOA). I then get a call sorry they produce only standard gates, we neex to make it work... i had to approve a slight mofification on a front panel. 8 monthd, $17k, a lot of stress, hundreds of phone calls...of the large gate still has a noticeable gap, about 10 vms

I wish all home remodeling projects could be this smooth! From start to finish EVERYONE at Ergeon was amazing, professional and communication was great. The initial virtual estimate was easy, and once the installer came out to finalize placement and fence sections length - he was pretty much the same length as the virtual estimate. The fence installation was awesome and our installer was super professional and truly cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way. And nothing was left behind - no nails, no wood scraps, nothing! I would go to Ergeon again without hesitation for any future projects! Pricing was incredible, I was ready to go with them before getting estimates from everyone else and they came in with the best price on top of everything else.

From the beginning until the end of the project, it was a great experience working with everyone involved. I am totally happy with my fence! I changed it to 4 stars due to the 3rd photo. When I asked Darlin about it he just said “I don't know what happened”. I am not sure if it was a language barrier or he just had nothing to do with it.

The fence is absolutely fantastic.

The permit process was a headache, but I liked that you didn't have to pay up front or pay a down payment. You only paid when the job was complete and you were satisfied with it. I didn't like that an additional $200 was added on to my quote right before installation but the understand things happen or may be over looked. I am a first time home owner and this was my first major home project and they did make the process easier to understand. The contractors that physically installed my fence were very quick and professional and asked questions to be sure the fence was just how I wanted it.
