These folks came recommended by my trusted seamstress, who did the alterations to my daughters wedding gown as well as my Mother of the Bride gown. And boy, they did not disappoint! From my initial conversation with Chris, to pickup and delivery from/to my door by Tenisha, it was top notch customer service all the way! They are down to earth, personable and professional, and a pleasure to do business with. The gown came back in pristeen condition, and I even threw in my white linen pants suit at the last minute, which they did a great job on as well. TRUST these folks, you will be so happy with the results!!

When we called Schroedl, Sean Gallon responded quickly and even stopped by our home on a Saturday evening to assess our situation. He recommended that we give up most of our garments, even those in the closets, for cleaning. He invited us to select a small number of items for a 48 hour rush job while the rest of our garments were cleaned. When the rush items were returned 3 days later a large proportion of them, including my husband's entire tie collection, were damaged beyond wearability. They appeared to have been laundered and put through a dryer (shrinkage, fading, wilted fabric). What followed was a 5-month nightmare of Schroel's (useless) attempts to repair the items, refusal to admit damage, then refusal to admit responsibility for damage by alleging that the clothing manufacturers were to blame, very slow return on all of our clothing, delivery of other people's items, unreturned phone calls. We eventually settled for a $1500.00 reduction of total as comp for damaged items.

He was true to his promise on-time, very professional, and did an amazing job. His process completely eliminated the odors. We are extremely pleased and will definitely recommend to others and use them ourselves again.
