Wayne Orem of DesignCraft Remodeling LLC and his associate Steve did a spectacular job , paid attention to details and did many extras using their vast experience.
This comprehensive job involved:
-Removing a wall - thus expanding the kitchen.
-Matching the ceilings.
-Removing an unused door and closing off the outside doorway.
-Arranging a brick mason to match brick where the
old doorway was located. (Can't tell a door was ever there.)
-Insulating outside walls in kitchen
-Relocating old cabinets to our garage and installing them.
-Installing all new cabinets with custom trim and crown molding.
-Coordinating the quartz counter and sink installation.
-Installing new appliances.
-Arranging for an electrician to upgrade to 200Amp Service and provide new service to the kitchen including outlets, switches , appliance connections ,LED overhead dimmable lighting & under cabinet dimmable lighting.
-Arranging for a plumber for all new hookups & new main.
-Painting the new kitchen, dining room &laundry room-walls, ceiling, trim & doors.
-Leveling floors in 3 rooms and installing approximately 500 sq. ft. of high quality 13"x 20' porcelain tile.
-Installing back splash.
We are very pleased with the finished kitchen, dining room, laundry room & custom work.
