They took care of it very well.

The entire experience has been horrible--deceitful and untruthful staff, being made to wait for hours on end for simple services, being told our car was in Baltimore, then arriving to find it was actually in Silver Spring. Being told that Darcars Baltimore called ahead and the car would be all ready to go in Silver Spring, arriving to find that no such call was made and the car was seven cars back with a dead battery. Our complimentary car wash, to try and make up for this horrible service, took half an hour and we had to leave before they even cleaned inside. They took our old plates off, put on our new ones, forgot to put our old ones back in the car, and made us drive half an hour back to the dealership because of their error. I honestly can't fathom that there can be any positive reviews on here.

As it was getting late, I was at their office, they arranged and gave me a rental car for free, and the price was almost as good as another company.  They were very good.  The customer service was unexpected.  They were busy, and I thought they don't need business.

Yes. They did a very thorough going over the car. Very clear printout explaining all the issues they found. No high pressure to perform extra services. Gave me peace of mind that I had the car checked over by thorough professional service.

Long story short, everything went fine.
I've been going to this dealership for years (under its many different names and owners). I know that the line against dealers is that they charge so much more than others. However, they also stand behind their work more than some of the others.
That said, I went in because at high speeds (60-65 mph) I was experiencing vibrations in my steering wheel. Additionally that vibration was worse when I applied the brakes at those speeds. The vibration was not there at lower speeds, but there was this annoying buzzing which increased in frequency with increased speed. The catch was that the vibration did not always seem to occur. In any event when I went in I already thought there was at least a tire balance problem.
I also figured that there was probably a front brake problem because of the steering wheel's worse vibration when braking. I'd also never had to have the brakes worked on (the car had over 105K miles). Finally, I tried gently using the hand brake at those high speeds and the vibration did not occur. (The hand brake would only make the rear drum brakes engage.)
After the service was done the vibrations and noises were gone. It's now about a month after the service and everything is still fine. Problem solved for a fair price. I considered it a fair trade.

DARCARS is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I went to turn in my Corolla 2010 lease with the intent of buying it out. The minute I arrived at DARCARS I was not bombarded with salesmen trying to sell me something. They sat me down and listened to what I was thinking, how I might want to buy out my car, but also how I was interested in testing out the new RAV4 (which is beautiful I must add). The entire staff was courteous, I did not feel rushed, and I was able to easily negotiate my monthly payment for my new lease to fit my budget. If you are going to pick a Toyota/Lexus/Scion.... this is the place to go without being bothered and annoyed by greedy salesmen. The finance guy (I regretfully forget his name, young guy with dark blonde hair) was even great and humorous. By the time I left I couldn't even believe I had been there over 2 hours. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't want a package and they found the one without the package. They worked it out for me. Two hours later I got my car. I'm happy. These guys are great. They helped me pay tax from North Carolina.
