Crystal Clear Cleaning

Skip and his crew of two others have been cleaning our house every two weeks for about a year now. This company is reliable, flexible, and responsive. I like how he works with us to get small "special needs" done like dusting shades or cleaning bathroom title grout and will take care of things without question on the rare occasion they miss something. The owner is part of the crew. They are professional and very friendly. Get our house done in two hours. I recommend without reservation.

Since we moved from DC to Baltimore and lost our beloved housekeeper we've used Skip and Crystal Clear Cleaning.  They are prompt, efficient and will tailor your needs to their abilities and schedule.  
Skip is at our house with his team every time and they can clean a 3000 sq/ft home in two - three hours.  
Skip made it clear they are not a maid service but a cleaning service and we accepted their service off of the Angie's list reviews and have been extremely satisfied.  
Bathrooms and the kitchen are cleaned thoroughly every time and they take special attention to bedrooms and common areas that need special attention depending on the wear and tear your family puts on them.

After looking at local Housecleaning services on Angie's List, I chose Crystal Clear Cleaning base on their specific services and quality of reviews. This is row house I had just purchased to live in while renovating, and let me just say it was nasty! In fact the home I'm told had been raided by police due to the renter's "activities". It was nasty inside. My priority was my daughters' first impression. I had a very short time frame to paint and get the house move-in ready and felt it was best to leave this major task to a trusted professional. I needed the work done the same week following settlement.
I called Skip on the Friday before Labor Day; the day of settlement. Initially, on the phone he was concerned that he might not be able to fit me into his current schedule on such short notice, but he met me at the house on Labor Day Monday to assess the work.
Skip was prompt, courteous and very professional. We agreed that they would get as much done in three-hours a possible. He was very honest and up-front about what I should expect and said he wanted to try and do it the following day (Tuesday).
Later in the day Tuesday, he left me a message to call him. When I called he let me know how it went and how much they got done and what to expect. I made a trip to the house on Wednesday to see for myself....
I definitely chose the right company for the job!! What a difference!! The amount of cleaning Skip and his crew accomplished in three house exceeded my expectations. He had even brought one extra person. Special thanks to the extra person!! If I recall correctly, the kitchen was scrubbed three or four times and the floors (all hardwood) were mopped twice.
Skip - you and your crew took a little stress off my shoulders and really made a significant difference for me during this move!!!!

We have used Crystal Clear for all our rental units. Skip comes in and shampoos the carpets and is great at removing pet urine stains and odors, which saves us a ton of money so we don't have to replace the carpets. He also deeps cleans the apartments and gets the units ready to rent. He is always prompt and does a great job.

The owner and two other people usually clean the house. They have not broken anything which I appreciate. They do a good job at cleaning. They even use our chemicals on the house without a problem. They are good about only cleaning certain parts or areas of the house and they are very responsive.

We were extremely happy with every aspect of dealing with Skip Diamond of Crystal Clear Cleaning (Commercial/Residential), as well as his employee.  
As soon as we got Skip's name and number, we got in touch with him. He was immediately responsive - he called back right away, and we scheduled a date for him to come look at the room and give us an estimate a few days later.  He was very sympathetic to our needs and the urgency of getting the room cleaned.
Skip came to the house a few days later at the scheduled time, and was thoroughly professional and thorough in inspecting the room and gauging the work that would be needed.  He was very respectful and easy to talk with (we were embarrassed about the bathroom), and he asked questions to clarify what we needed.  He gave me an estimate which was appropriate for the scope of the task, and we set a date for the work to be done later that week. In the meantime, he recommended that I pre-treat some of the more stubborn areas of the room with a cleaning foam to loosen the dirt, which I was happy to do.  
Skip returned to do the work a few days later with an employee, bringing equipment and all other items that were needed.  The worker who did the cleaning (under Skip's supervision) was pleasant and industrious, and worked consistently and well.  When the job was finished, the bathroom was sparkling - it was completely clean and looked brand-new.  I had expected that some of the tub stains would still be there, but they were not.  
Skip explained that his company could also do routine maintenance cleaning in the future, and we agreed to re-contact him for that, as well as for other bathrooms in the house.
We could not be happier with the whole experience - from start to finish, Skip was a pleasure to work with.  (On the day of the estimate, I had just received a large grocery order at my door from Giant Peapod, and Skip offered to bring the heavy boxes inside, which I happily agreed to.)  He was respectful and professional, and appropriately concerned that the job be done thoroughly and as quickly as possible due to our circumstances.  He helped us out of a difficult situation in a superior way.
