The office setup was accomplished quickly. The company is very responsive. With the service calls, in both cases, Computer Cure fixed the problem. They troubleshot the rendering issue and resolved it. They made an office visit and corrected the computer problem.

Michael arrived on time and explained to me what needed to be done. He also explained that because of the age of the computer,what he would do might not work. What he did in cleaning up the junk, worked. The computer runs faster and the problems I was having with the computer were solved.

The network is back up and running as it was.....saved me hours of time and provided a capability that I needed greatly.

I was experiencing PC problems such as reboots that happened out of the clear blue (without being initiated by me), keyboard & mouse freeze-ups, blue screens, etc.  Sometimes it would take some doing to get the thing to boot up after being shutdown.  Micah arrived (although about an hour late) and was very professional and friendly.   He did performance checks, cleaned all the "gunk" (his term) from my PC and looked for any glaring problems which may have been causing my issues.  (I'm not a technical person so I don't know the specifics!)  He was here almost 2-1/2 hours!  While he was waiting for various diagnostics to run I picked his brain on recommendations for a laptop, anti-virus software, Carbonite, etc.  He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't seem to mind providing advice.  It's only been a day since the service was performed but so far so good.  I have not experienced any of the previous issues that were plaguing me.  I would highly recommend this company for any computer repairs/issues.  They will be who I call if I experience any more issues with my PC.  It's refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, all wrapped in one!

When I tried to start my laptop I would get an error saying that it could not start up.  
When I called for an appointment I thought I would have to bring my PC into Computer Cure's office but was told that the repair person would come to my house for the same price.  Everything went well and I am using my PC to type this review.  I will recommend Computer Cure to my friends.

It went well. So far the computer is working fine. I have also used Micah before and he is responsive and attentive to my needs while being very reasonable with the price. I am very happy with Micah and his work. And definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service.  I called in the morning and a technician was available to come later that day.  He came and gave us good advise about the best way to set parental controls on our internet and resolved our email issues.  Later that night I realized that something was not working correctly with my laptop.  I called and left a message.  Within a half hour, the technician returned my call and was able to talk me through the necessary steps to fix the problem.  It was a major help that I didn't have to wait until the next business day to get my computer running!

Micha is very friendly, really makes every effort to make the customer happy.  He is amazing to watch as he multitasks on more than one computer at the same time . . .  and I find myself more often than not, trying to get him to take more payment, as he tries to make his fees very manageable to the home and small business clients.

We give Computer Cure 5 Stars+. All work was outstanding! Mr . Males goes above and beyond what he is asked to do.
