Commercial Roofing Contractors is the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with! Let me start by telling you how I found them. I had fallen into one of those storm chaser scams, you know the type, they come knocking on your door promising you an almost free roof through your insurance company, well nothing is free, what a nightmare that was. They raped my insurance company for twice what the job was worth and installed a horribly sloppy roof IN THE WRONG COLOR!!! because the sleazy sales man wrote down the wrong color, he didn't know the correct name of the color, and I signed the contract with the wrong color on it( I didn't know and you can imagine the headache that was because I signed). The roof was installed while we were away and we returned to an absolute mess, we were horrified, and those storm chasers are relentless when it comes to getting their money . Luckily my insurance agent sent John the owner of CRC around and he helped me, both with the dishonest roofing company, and with removing the sloppy roof which he then replaced with a beautiful new roof. We couldn't be happier! John and his crew are roofing craftsman. John does not hire a bunch of illegals that come in and could care less about the job they do, he does not use subcontractors like the storm chasers, he has his own English speaking crew. His crew is very professional, they take their time on your project and take pride in their work!! I can't say enough about this company, give them a call, I promise you will not be disappointed!

See above.  It went well.  Upon completion, we experienced a major deluge of rain and we did not have so much as a  drop of water come through the roof.

I initially contacted John back in September of 2006 because the person whom I initially contacted said that he didn't do flat roofs. I had a total of three estimates, which initially was to fix a leak and two of the three wanted to replace the roof. But since I didn't have the money at that time, I opted for the patch job, from a different roofing contractor, which didn't work. So, when I came into a bit of money I called John back and decided to go ahead with the job. From the start John was very professional, of all of the roofing contractors I contacted previously, he came to the estimate with a professional folder with all of his company's paperwork, tearsheets on the materials used, the certificate of roof guarantee, which is 20 years and his state licensing information. I also liked that he worked on commercial grade projects. I didn't actually see him when the work began, but his expert crew was friendly, efficient and extremely hard working. No more leaks! Great job!
