The internet is sporadic on a daily basis even when only one computer is accessing the internet with very little bandwidth. I have had Comcast service folks come out to sort out the problem and they were clueless and unhelpful. My money spent on the service call was totally wasted. The price has gone up significantly both the first anniversary and 25% the second anniversary. The first I expected but not the second. The tv bundle is very minimal for the fee (more than $100). It took me five months (and five phone calls) before they finally got the automatic withdrawal set up correctly. I have not had a single positive interaction.
