So far so good. Although it was not the lowest price among several quotes I felt the 15 year maintenance free warranty along with the firm recommendation to not try to repair/ patch the old roof was worth the higher price. George performed the work as he said he would.

It went very well. I talked to the guy on the phone and he gave me an estimate. They had to use very large ladders to go up to the thirds story to check out the roof. We scheduled it within 3 weeks. They did the whole roof in 1 day. He is set up very well. Payment was easy with him having a mobile credit card reader. He seems to have a lot of experience with roofs around the city. They cleaned up well and left no mess.

They are angels. We would recommend then to everybody. They are beyond what you would expect on this planet. They've done a lot of work over the years but the thing that was the most wonderful was that I gave them an opportunity to bid on a project, I gave the job to somebody else who burned the roof and  did a lot of damage. I didn't have confidence in those people coming back to do it and to make the repairs which were their fault and they didn't have confidence either that they could do it. I called Coastal Roofing back and I said, the job that I didn't give you, they messed it up and there is a lot of damage. The guy came out and it was February and he restored it all. He did a wonderful job and just helped me so much because it is a rental property. People wanted to stay and one unit they couldn't possibly stay but he just worked on it constantly and just did a fabulous job. I was so thankful. I am sorry I didn't give him the job initially. He was a little bit more and I just didn't know. He stood behind this other guy's work, like he took responsibility for it. He just saved the whole situation and I've given him other jobs . I've never had to call him back on anything. His work is really good.  He's done a lot of jobs for me. I am a landlord, I have a lot of property. I wish he did all kinds of roofing. I've asked him to do other kind of roofing but he just does flat roofs. He doesn't do different kinds of tiles and different kinds of shingles and things like that. He doesn't do everything and he'll just tell you, that is not what I do. I glad for that. He never does anything shoddy. I've never had any complaints from tenants or neighbors.

Coastal Roofing replaced the roof on my house and barn. Both are beautiful! George at Coastal Roofing was professional; friendly and price was competitive. I have confidently recommended them many times! After all these years... leak proof.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB .THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DON'T SLUG AROUND THEY WORK UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE.
