A 3rd party that I had located on the internet was used to bring me in touch with Clearwater. This 3rd party contracts out to carpet repairers in a local area and the 3rd party gets a cut of the profit. The price that I had been quoted to me by the 3rd party differed from what was presented to me upon completion of the repair.  It was obvious to me the mistake was on the part of the 3rd party; and perhaps myself, Alvin and Steven for not discussing/confirming the price before the repair was made. Alvin and Steven worked with me on the price and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The repair was minor but they quickly took care of the problem and seemed more than capable of handling larger issues as well. I plan to use them again and will contact them directly instead of using the middle man.
