CitySpaces was great to work with. Sales and installation staff were top notch. They made a perfect match to existing flooring. They did an excellent job of negotiating the quirks and imperfections of a 100 year old row house. They were respectful of my time and property. The floors are just what I wanted. I plan to work with them again on another project.

We were very impressed by our experience with Direct Solutions. I completed an inquiry online and received a call back within 15 minutes to discuss the project and get a date set for someone to come in person. I met with Mike Gallagher who was awesome to deal with. He got all our measurements and brought samples of things he thought we would like after giving more details over the phone. He pretty much nailed it with his samples, they were exactly what we were looking for! He got the quote promptly to us which we appreciated, and we felt it was very reasonable given the scope of the project. We set a date for the following week and his team came out at the time they said they would be there. I have to say how appreciative we were that his guys stayed much later than expected so that they could get the job done in one day. The new carpet looks perfect, they did a wonderful job! The guys also cleaned up impeccably after they left, you would never even know they were there! I can't say enough good things about dealing with Mike Gallagher and the rest of the Direct Solutions team. Would absolutely recommend them in the future. Our only regret is that we didn't know about this company when we had our hardwood floors put in our bedroom last year, we would have used them in a heartbeat!

Mike from Direct Solutions Flooring, along with his installation team, were top notch.  From our first interaction over the phone, Mike was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.  He showed up to appointments on time and kindly let us borrow floor samples to try in our home and to take with us to pick out other items in our kitchen remodel.  He was always willing to answer any of my questions and would walk me through what he and his team were going to do.
The day before the installation was scheduled to begin, the weather forecast was calling for a foot of snow, so we moved the start date back one day.  To make up for it, his team worked extra hard to get the job done as quickly as possible, which we appreciated.  One thing that I really appreciated is that some of the tiles did not set properly the first time, so they decided to re-set some of the tiles to make sure that the floor looked perfect.  Their attention to detail and pride in their work is outstanding.
I've never had a better interaction with a contractor in my life.  If there was an A+ rating, they would get it from me.
