I did not have any problem but my only issue was that they took a little longer than what they had estimated earlier as the delivery guy was on a vacation. Other than that, they were good. Once the guy delivered it he placed it for me and left some extra materials for me. He also cleaned up. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

They were good and I had a positive experience with them. They were prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a little overpriced but I think almost everybody would have charged too much. The quality was good.

I needed the glass for a table cover and was trying to keep the cost down. I called many places in the Baltimore area, including those listed in Angie's List and received a large variety of quotes. Only two sources were appreciably lower than the others, and I chose Chaudron Glass. The lady taking my order was very helpful, explaining whatever I asked about the project. I asked if the glass would be available on a specific day since I would be in the neighborhood. She wasn't certain, but said I could call that morning and I would find out if it was ready. They called me that morning and said the glass was ready for pickup.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. DELIGHTED SINCE SO DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMEONE WHO DOES RESILVERING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
