I was able to schedule a weekly visit for my yard's pet waste cleanup immediately. They have me on a routine schedule and have been excellent with communication, billing and service. If there is any change in scheduling due to weather, I am notified and rescheduled and the bill is adjusted. This is not a prepaid service like some of the others...If they don't service your yard due to any reason, you don't pay! They leave a note, with the time they were there, and the end of the month an easy to read statement.
