Mr. Carter came to our home in less than two hours to review a water leak in our front year and to provide an estimate for repairs even though I informed him it was not an emergency. He scheduled the job within two days, He & his crew arrived on time, were very careful to minimize the disruption to our yard, cleaned the driveway, sidewalk, street, and finished within the time estimated. He billed for the exact amount of his estimate without suggesting any changes in the work required.
