The shop and sales people were attentive and knowledgeable. The installation generally went well. There were a few instances of ancillary damage for which the installer is not responsible - wall dings, broken light from the banging, bottom shelves of closet systems. The carpet itself was perfect.

The woman in the showroom, Barbara, was excellent. She was quick to help me select the carpet. The installation was excellent, although I felt the price was a little high; however, I would use them again.
