Showed up on time and did an excellent job at a very good price. Friendly and professional. We need him to do some more little jobs around our house.

Carlos is a very conscientious man that wants to do a very good job and does just that. I,am very pleased with the work he did for me and would recommend him to my friends. The whole job was done in one day.

As always, Carlos did a great job. He doesn't take breaks, goes with me to the Hardware stores to pick out everything I want, and only does whatever work is necessary to complete the job. Never looks to add additional expenses. He does very nice work and is extremely trustworthy. I always hire him to do work around our home since I found him at Home Depot.

He did excellent work. Had a 20+ year old side deck and steps were rotting out. Carlos tore out all the old, rotting pieces and replaced them with new. Kept whatever pieces he could that were is good condition to save us as much money as possible.

I met Carlos in the Home Depot while looking for tiles. Through conversation, I asked him if he did ceramic tiling for a living. He said yes and proceeded to give me his card. "Carlos the Handy Man." I had already had 4 other home improvement individuals come over to give me estimates. He seemed like a nice young man, though, so I had him come and give us another estimate. What impressed me about him, though, was that he said, "If you're not happy with my work, you don't have to pay me." He's a young man with a wife and two small children. He must be pretty sure of his work to make a statement like that. I decided to trust him and give him a chance. Most of my estimates fell between $7,000 - $8,000 and that did not include the materials. Carlos removed the wall between our kitchen and dining room, replaced necessary drywall, removed all the old sub-flooring and replaced with ceramic tiles. He has already finished the foyer and is presently building us wooden railings. He is very meticulous, neat, and does beautiful work. He doesn't have a truck right now, so we rented one from Home Depot for $20.00 - big deal. When we save up a few more dollars, we will rehire Carlos to replace our bathroom and vinyl side the house. This man is very trustworthy and does absolutely beautiful work. We are extremely fortunately to have found him. He does all type of home improvements - painting, wood/ceramic floors, carpentry and cabinetry, drywall, decks, window and door installations, etc. Get estimates from others first, then call Carlos - you won't be sorry.
