I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did. The price was less than I would have thought and he spent a great deal of time on the project. I would happily recommend him to anyone else.

They were great and they charged me $90 an hour. They came out immediately. They were a little bit cheaper than the other electricians that I talked to. They fixed the problem quickly. They were pretty responsive and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

This was a VERY good exprience. The price was substantially less than previous estimates I had received in years past. John and his helper arrived on time, did the work as described, and charged less than I had anticipated. I plan to hire John again in the future and recommend him to friends.

They were responsive as far as coming out ina timely manner. A gentleman came out and told me what needed to be done. A different guy came out to do the work. The second guy said that the problem was not what the initial diagnosis was. I was not pleased that they were looking for an electrical box and put holes in my wall. They knocked off some of the price but it wasn't enough to cover the charge for someone to come out and fix the holes.

"PREVIOUS ELECTRICAL WORK WAS DONE ON THE HOUSE AND THE WIRES WERE BURIED UNDER THE PLASTER. WE ARE SORRY WE HAD TO PUT HOLES IN YOUR WALL, AND WAS GLAD TO DISCOUNT THE SERVICE TO HELP WITH FIXING THE HOLES. WE NORMALLY PATCH THE HOLES WHEN THE SERVICE IS FINISHED, HOWEVER THE EMPLOYEE SENT ON THIS JOB DID NOT PASS QUALITY CONTROL AND HAS BEEN FIRED FROM THE COMPANY. This was an excellent customer experience. On Friday night we tripped a breaker that wouldn't reset. At 3 am I used Angie's list for the first time ever (!) and at 8 am began making calls. Brite Ideas was 4th on the list and the only ones that answered with a live person (Joe) who was at my house within 45 minutes (early on a Saturday morning!). He was done in no time. He replaced one faulty breaker and recommended a 2nd be replaced, so I gave him permission, and he replaced it too. The back story is that we have an open house tomorrow (Sunday) and we were so fearful that we would never get anyone out on such short notice. Joe was superb. This young man single-handedly made this a perfect electrician experience. It will be our pleasure to contact Brite Ideas again should we need their services.

Your Electric was extra efficient and very polite. They arrived on time and the work was finished properly and quickly. The fans look great and I've never had a problem with them.

I woke up on Saturday and didn't have any hot water. I called numerous electricians and had to leave messages (still no call backs). I called this company and John answered right away and offered to come over Saturday evening. I wasn't going to be home, so he came, Sunday afternoon. He was polite and efficient and fixed the problem in less than an hour, and didn't charge double for Sunday. They are in Baltimore, but have numbers for Bowie, Columbia, and Silver Spring, also. I will keep his card and definitely call again, for any future electrical problems.
