I purchased this crib, which was part of a new color line being sold by Brat Decor. When I put the crib together, I noticed that the side pieces appeared to have a different finish/color than the end pieces. I called the store and they offered to fix the problem. I brought the crib back to their warehouse and the owner/manager of the store went through multiple boxes pulling out cribs until I was satisfied. He also followed up with the manufacturer regarding the problem. Brat Decor scored big for going the extra mile to satisfy a customer without complaint. The crib itself works great and was easy to put together and has held up well.
