+ -1 moreWe were so happy with this bank because they were willing to loan us the money when it was a sale by owner deal. They took us through every step and explained everything fully. There were no problems and we feel that we got the very best rate. We didn't have to pay points.
Description of Work: We got our first mortgage through Bradford Bank. It was a sale by owner type of mortgage, so it was very complicated.
