BM WINDOW CLEANING

He missed several appointments and was a no-show to several other appointments. He left a painting job incomplete. He would call and apologize, but it didn’t make sense. We got frustrated with his lack of response and hired someone else to do the work. The price was great, but the job was never completed, so I ended up throwing out my money.

The work went very well.  They were punctual, polite and professional.  They cleaned both the windows and the screens for a very good price.

They did a good job. I was pleased with the work they did. They were very straight forward.

Ran into some minor difficulties getting Maurice out to do the estimate, but eventually he came on October 27 and looked over the windows and counted them.  He estimated $240 for the job, which my husband and I thought was very reasonable.  I had leaf removal and gutter cleaning already scheduled and Maurice suggested we wait on the windows until those jobs were completed, as the gutter cleaning could dirty the windows.  Then we had some weather delays.  He finally was able to come on Dec 2.  He showed up (accompanied by his brother) an hour and 1/2 after the appointed time.  Then he discovered that several of the windows would have to be scraped all over on the outside because of a nasty little artillery fungus that leaves hard little dots on the glass.  (I had forgotten to point this out to him when he did the estimate.)  This and the late start time slowed them down, and then he said he had to leave to pick up someone at the airport.  Apparently he had expected to be finished in time.  He did come back the very next morning, however, with two helpers and they finished the job in a few hours.  They scraped off all of the fungus and Maurice was very careful to go over the windows until they met his and my satisfaction - and actually there were some windows that he did have to clean several times.  Admittedly they were very dirty, but a system of having one person inside and one outside doing the same window would help eliminate some of that.  Overall, the process was a little more unwieldy than I would have liked, but Maurice and his team were so nice and so careful that I didn't mind the slight inconvenience.  I had offered Maurice the opportunity to reestimate the job because of all the scaping but he refused, saying he sticks by his estimates.  I did give him a nice tip, as I felt that he had spent a fair amount of additional time getting those windows scraped.

Was able to get hold of them quickly.  Set up a date that was moved a day because of rain.  They came on time and did an outstanding job.  They took pride in what they were doing, paid attention to detail, and were friendly and courteous the entire time.  An excellent experience.

Maurice was friendly, pleasant and responsive.  I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Both gentlemen worked quietly and quickly both outside and inside the house.  They were pleasant and professional.   They attended closely to each window and were finished in about four hours' time.  When I noticed blemishes on a second story front window, they returned to it without hesitation and corrected the spots.  They treated the chandelier with care and when a lightbulb was accidentally dropped, went to a nearby hardware story for an immediate replacement.  Their work was nearly perfect except for one high window whose missed spots I could not notice until I was able to view that room in morning light three days later. 

I couldn't have been more pleased with everything.
They came when they said they were coming, 9:00 a.m.  They worked with small breaks until 4:00 p.m.  
They were polite, hard-working and extremely professional.  
These folks are good at what they do.
They will definitely be coming back to my home... possibly twice a year for maintenance!

We could not have asked for a better job.  Maurice and Jose arrived on time at 10 am and worked, with no breaks or lunch, until 6:30pm.  Our home is 80 years old and has the original windows.  Every screen, storm window, and pane was cleaned to perfection.  Jose even painted an outdoor window pane which had been chipped and cleaned our front door windows at no extra cost.  The cost reflected above is what they estimated and asked for upon completion.  We gave them more.....They are that good.

 The workers arrived promptly,calling before they arrived to say that they were on their way.  They looked at the work, gave an estimate and said they could do the work then.  They got started immediately and finished within an hour.  They cleaned up carefully.  I was very pleased with the results and with the care they took in doing the work.  I recommend them highly!.

I had originally hired someone else to wash the windows and I thought she did an ok job but early the next morning when the sun hit the windows I was horrified to see nothing but streaks.  I was putting my house on the market within days and there was not much time to get this fixed.  I found BM Windows on Angie's list and called.  Maurice answered his phone even though he was on a ladder at the time; he came over within a couple of hours and looked at the job and gave me a quote of $5 per window.  I said yes immediately and he and his worker did the windows that afternoon.  They were SO quick and quiet and SO nice---and the windows were pretty much streak free when they were done!  I was so pleased.  I've been recommending them to everyone since!

Maurice responded quickly to my call and came out the same day to give me an estimate. We set up an appointment for the following week.....which worked best with my schedule.  They arrived on time, were very careful about not disturbing anything in my apartment to get to the windows and were fast and efficient.  I was more than pleased. I have already recommended B M Window Cleaning to my friends.

Everything went well. They did a great job on the windows and cleaned the screens, grills, and ledges between the window & screens and the inside window ledges. They wiped down there water spills and removed cob webs & insects for a fantastic price. Both my husband & I were very pleased with their services.

They came out and did an excellent job. He called and actually rescheduled because it was supposed to rain. I think they wanted our windows clean and did not want rain allover them. They did a really good job, the price was good and they were pretty fast. I don?t remember how much I spent with them. I would recommend them to others without reservation. I will use them in the future

They were late, however they called to inform us that they were behind schedule.

We just bought a new (to us) house, and the windows had not been cleaned in quite some time. Like years. I called this company, and they came within one day to give me a quote. I was thrilled to find out they could clean my windows the next day. Maurice brought two assistants, and they spent five hours collectively cleaning my forty-one windows including screens, sills, and window panes. They also threw in three lamps for free. The windows looked GREAT after they were done. Maurice has high standards and makes sure everything is done thoroughly and correctly. I felt the pricing was very fair given all the work they put into it making sure everything looked as good as it possibly could.

I had called to get a quote and they arrived within 1 day to give me the estimate. When they arrived for the job they were very polite and professional. All windows were cleaned and they also cleaned my screens which was not part of the original contract. They were very friendly. They also helped me move my bed which I could not do by myself because I live alone.

I left a voice mail message and Walter Moroz immediately returned my call. Walter and Maurice Kuria, his partner, came out the next day and gave me an estimate. The work was scheduled within a couple of days on a Saturday. They arrived promptly and did a great job on all the windows. They had all their own materials and were very professional and thorough. While they were here I asked Walter if they could clean two chandelier fixtures that are very high up in a vaulted ceiling. When they were finished they made sure I was content with the quality of the work and to make sure they did everything as expected. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
