Tray called me immediately to let me know what he could do for me and put my mind at ease. He came out the very next day. He didn't give me a giant time window like most contractors do, he told me the exact time he'd be there. When he showed up he explained everything that was likely happening. He checked every place the mice might have been getting in and around. Tray then used a solution that would be a permanent fix for the problem rather than a couple traps. He also called back two days later to make sure I was happy and hadn't seen any more rodents. I would strongly recommend.
