This company installed the marble and it is beautiful. They worked hard and were very professional.

Carlos came out and made a lot of great suggestions. He invited me to come to the shop and outline how best to cut the granite for our kitchen given its layout. The guy has an amazingly good eye and is very imaginative. He was totally punctual and professional, did everything exactly to spec. I had a plumber come the next day and say "I have never in my life seen such a perfect seam in a granite counter." Really, the work was nothing short of spectacular in quality.

During a kitchen remodel, my contractor recommended this company. I went to their showroom to see samples, wrote down four I liked, then went to the granite warehouse where all but one were out of stock, so I had to look for different granites that would work. Once I found the granite I liked, the warehouse communicated with Big Brother's and arranged for delivery. My contractor contacted Big Brother's once the cabinets were installed, and they were able to come out to take measurements immediately afterwards. The installation was 6 days later - much, much faster than Lowe's would have been able to install. They had some trouble fitting one part of the countertop on a pass-through, but were able to make adjustments at my house to finish the job the same day. Likewise, they had some trouble fittng my dishwasher back underneath the counter in a way that would be stable and that looked good, but they persevered until it was done correctly.
