I can't emphasize strongly enough how terrible they were. The workers did an absolutely awful job, and it took much longer than expected. After asking them to come back and fix their faulty work numerous times, we finally agreed to a payment plan to refund some of the money we had paid them. This has been over two years now and we still don't have all of our money back. The president of the company, Byron Brooks, has ceased his responses to our inquiries about the balance he still owes us. The work they did is completely falling apart and is an embarrassment. We will have to pay to have it redone again at some point soon, as I am certain that the crappy job they did will continue crumbling apart. Please don't hire them to do any work in your home, and pass along the word to friends as well. Avoid BB&E contractors!
