Home Inspection
Scott Merritt was quick to return my call and set up the inspection. He showed up on time. He took his time (approx. 3 hours) and did a very thorough inspection. He identified several relatively minor problems with the house and taught us a lot about the house we subsequently bought. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. (The home sellers would say he was too picky but I view this as a strength). After the inspection, he returned phone calls and answered questions about his report. I would definitely use him again for a home inspection. (Price was 1% of home value).
