Drywall work was amazing, he really has a talent for plaster repair and re-hab type work. Maurice work attitude is terrible, everything wrong on a job site is not his fault, then at the last minute he hits you with many extras. He is not transparent or up front with his charges. I also learned he consistently robs Peter to pay Paul...so he's always needed money in advance and consistently violating his contract. For faming, paint and finish work his quality of work is an F, just not great...I just didn't get the impression he knew how to read blue prints or cared to learn...he seemed more concern to get a check than the quality of his work.
