Baltimore Body Shop has been around since 1982. We have one of the largest facilities in Baltimore where we do anything from painting, dent repair, auto body work, engine work, and auto glass. You don't survive in this industry for three decades by doing mediocre work. We're a family run business and put a high focus on repeat business.

They were great from start to finish. For the car that needed the extensive body work, Rachel did a thorough job of estimating the repair cost and she did it quickly. The work itself was great, that part of the car looked brand new and all the small details were attended to. Because I liked the work they had done, I brought my other (older) car in. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on the bodywork because the car is old. Dan came up with a reasonable solution within my budget and once again, the work was very well done. That car also had a brake issue whereby in very cold weather, the brakes would not work correctly. I had to wait until the car warmed up before they started working. I had taken it to another repair shop but the problem wasn't fixed. I believe it was Mike who researched the problem and then came up with a solution that did work. (Although I am not thrilled about the freezing temperatures we have been having this winter-at least I know the brakes are reliable now.) Beyond the actual repair work, I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly and helpful and it has made doing business with them a pleasure. I highly recommend Baltimore Body Shop.

The shop is family run, super friendly, very knowledgeable and responsive, they knew just what i needed, came in under theirestimate and finished it before lunch the next day :) A+ all the way, I would never take my car anywhere else after this experience !

The shop called me every Thursday to keep me posted on the progress of the repair. They also advised me that a particular part replacement was not necessary since it was still operational and fixed an unrelated issue.

The work was terrific. Not only is the damage from the accident gone, but so are all of the scratches, something I never expected. The people there are also great to work with. They were a 1/2 day late getting the Jeep back to me, but I thought the original time estimate was a little optimistic and was not surprised.
