They took their time explaining my options and looking at my house to see what I needed. They were able to point out possible problem areas that I hadn't thought of such as the 2nd floor windows which would be easily accessible due to the second level roof. A real person always answers the phone when you call and a technician will call you back promptly if you have a problem. It's a small company so you get to know all the familiar faces. I had an attempted break-in recently and the intruder was scared off by the alarm so I have definitely gotten my money's worth!

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY, THEY ARE A GOOD SOLID COMPANY, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS, WE HAD PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE MONITORS THAT KEPT GOING OFF BUT THEY FIXED IT.
