Computer Repair
This small company was referred to me by a friend with a small business. I called to have some networking done for my home-based company. The scheduler asked a lot of questions about my networking goal and current situation. The appointment was set for just a couple of days from the day of my call. The work took just a couple of hours. Unlike Firedog, a company I have used in the past, this company brought several pieces of equipment with them that I would have otherwise needed to go out and buy. The cost of the equipment was included in the total price of the job. The tech stayed until I was absolutely comfortable with how the new arrangement worked, speaking in plain language, not Tech-eze!
