I've been going there for 15 years. They made a simple mistake and corrected it. They did not charge me for parts and labor. They are very honest and have a lot of integrity. They are really really good. They are very thorough and prices are reasonable.

Made an appointment to have my car worked on a week prior to dropping it off. I told them I did not want to wait until the end of the week as I was leaving town. Dropped my car off at 8AM and asked them to do an oil change, and a radiator leak. The car was also running rough even though Atlas had just done a tune-up 4 months before. Suspect was another bad coil, they had replaced two.I called at 12 noon and they had not looked at it. Finally got a call after 2pm and they told me they could not get the part for the radiator hose until the nesxt day as it was too late in the day. Also could find out why the engine light was on or why it stalled. They also failed to change oil. All told they really did nothing and charged me $40.
I left the shop at 3:30 and drove to the dealer, got part and replaced the radiator hose myself- done by 5:30. Oil change and rough running will be worked on by another shop. Unfortunately, the engine light was cleared so the new shop has nothing to identify what that problem was unless the light comes on again.
When I told then "I was very disappointed in their service" the owner went ballistic. I won't be back obviously.

Great, Superb, Terrific. I love Atlas

It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with my auto repair. I highly recommend anyone owning a Ford Taurus from Charles Village, Loyola College, Johns Hopkins University,Rodgers Forge,Homeland,Roland Park to use this small family owned auto repair shop. I liked his integrity the most of all. Much more skilled than any other repair shop or dealer I have ever used.

You must speak with Steve Sturgis, the father of the mechanics.

This is an outstanding auto repair shop for Toyotas. It is convenient to Loyola College and Towson University. The master mechanic thoroughly explains problem, the actual cost of repairs came in much less than his original estimate. This is a small "mom and pop" auto repair shop that is difficult to find today.

Excellent, Superb, Fantastic. The owner Mr. Sturgis is Baltimore's Best Kept Secret-This gentleman knows automobiles all types inside and out. I kinda hate to report him on t he list because I like to keep the best for me and my family. I live in Roland Park and absolutely love this guy. You must ask to speak directly to the owner, Mr. Steve Sturgis. It is a small family owned automobile service company.

If one were to rate Atlas for auto repair on a scale of 1 to 10 , I would have to give him a perfect 100. I am going to bring my Toyota to him next week. God was on my side today when I found Atlas Auto.
