Failed to notice that the roof under the deck needed to be fully removed and replaced. Stated that the roof had 3-5 years before it would start giving problems. The roof started leaking within 2 weeks of taking possession. He did a fine enough job on pointing out the already repaired termite damage and suggested a chimney inspection that led to a repair, but when asked about a separate roof inspector he suggested it was a waste of money. Since there is no legal recourse for the poor quality of service that has led to a 10k plus bill this is my only remediation.
