He charged way too much for what he did. He knew what was in two of my bank accounts because he installed Quicken. My husband is dead and was a defense contractor. I would not have had to use a computer service because that is what my husband did and I never had to worry about computer stuff. I had to have someone else come and fix something That Atomic Geeks did not do correctly. Cannot recommend him.

It is in the first sentence on the first line of our contract. We typically provide same day on-site services. Our goal is to get people up and running as soon as possible. William responded very quickly to my request for assistance. Once at our home, he was able to quickly diagnose the issues. He took the desktop away to work on it and it was returned within a few days. He took time to explain what work had been done, made sure we understood what changes I would encounter. He also checked out 2 tablets and cleared up some problems with our cell phones. We were pleased with his service and would recommend Atomic Geeks to our friends and family.

The rep was knowledgeable, tidy, and personable, and my nerdy side could ask any question. Solved all problems and I enjoyed the visits.

had them put in new hard drive and new battiery new hard drive works great battiery only gave me 2 hours of life, call them about this, never called me back still waiting for them to call back about the battiery

"We went out and replaced new battery with another brand. This was done immediately after finding out there was a problem. Nevertheless, we explained to the customer that sometimes older systems draw more current than new systems; Therefore, causing the battery to not last as long. Why there was a delay, not sure. We are constantly trying to improve our service; However, sometimes systems do not work as well as we want."

William was great! My husband was having tremendous problems with his personal laptop and Microsoft was no help. We called Atomic Geeks on a Friday and William called us within 3 minutes and came out to our house and 6 hours later the problem was mostly fixed. William did as much as he could. He even gave us a follow up call the following Tuesday and stayed on the phone with my husband another hour or so. Great customer service and my husband and I highly recommend Atomic Geeks, LLC. Atomic Geeks saved us.

He did not show up for his first appointment. When I called him he said he was tied up with another customer, so we rescheduled for the next day. He showed up and took my laptop away to check it out at his work area. Three days later he called to say he could not fix and wanted to sell me a refurbished laptop with the storage I needed, and he would load my existing apps onto the new one. He brought the refurbished laptop the next day and loaded everything but had trouble with hooking up my printer remotely, so he spent more time than he intended working on this. He also did not return the USB hookups for my wireless keyboard and mouse from my old laptop. We had words about this and when I told him that I would deduct the cost of getting new wireless keyboard and mouse from his bill, he was not happy. After several exchanges he accepted this. I told him when he returned my USB hookups I would send him the remaining amount due. He never did, so I had to buy new ones. Overall I felt he was overwhelmed with work and was not the most customer friendly person because of this. I would have appreciated a call when he could not make the first appointment instead of me having to call him. When he called me a liar about the USB hookups, I was offended. He claimed he took them out before he took my laptop when I clearly saw them sticking out of the side of the laptop when he carried it out the door. He needs to get more help. I have used their service before and was pleased, that is why I called them again. But this was not a good experience.

"We are very sorry for any bad feelings. We are constantly trying to improve how we handle all the ever-changing situations of the computer industry. Sometimes things do happen that cause things to take much longer than anticipated. We realized that we dropped the ball on getting out to you the Friday we said we would. Therefore, we were out on Saturday to help you. We brought back the replacement system on Tuesday. We gave a fixed price for the installation. It to took much longer due to a problem with the new update to Windows 10 and new drivers for HP, and the way the printer was configured. It took approximately 1 to 2 hours longer. We reconfigured everything."

Immediate response from the owner once my inquiry was placed. They were able to see me within a matter of hours of me contacting them. They were able to determine the issue and we're ready to repair on site saving me potentially thousands of dollars. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to others. Very professional and knowledgeable.
