As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous about the process of inspections. I was referred a few names from my realtor and did a lot of research on several local businesses. I spoke with Keith Whitehead via phone and he was so nice and answered all of my questions and explained the whole process. Keith did an amazing job and was a complete professional. During the mold inspection he explained everything to me and even gave us heads up about what the asbestos inspector should look at. He took a lot of extra time to help two scared first time home buyers and we are forever grateful. Most inspectors wouldn't have bothered. I would HIGHLY recommend Keith to anyone who wants to be reassured the house they are about to purchase is okay.

Pedro and his guys came in and removed some damaged finishes in our basement after some moisture damage.  The mold test was positive so they implemented negative pressure and HEPA filtration.  They did their best to salvage materials that they could.  They even cut around the bar so we could keep it.  They saved the ceiling grid as well even though it was anchored to the walls they were ripping out.  They left the place clean and clear.  I guess they did what they should have done, but that's not always what you get when you hire a contractor.  Pedro was also very generous with advice on how to mitigate moisture infiltration from the yard.  I would use them again.

Everything went well.  There was a lot of communication on what needed to be done to make the mold treatment successful.

It went very well with Atlantic Environmental Solutions. I like the prompt and thorough service the most. They were excellent. I thought the pricing was okay, it was good. They were very, very thorough.

It worked out really good. Their price is competitive. I really liked them. I would use them again.

Pedro was prompt to the job site.  The mold remediation work was completed timely and professionally.  We are very satisfied with the quality of his work.  He did everything he said he was going to do at a reasonable price.

Pedro arrived promptly at the agreed upon time to perform his inspection, eMailed me cost proposals in prompt fashion, and accommodated my scheduling conflicts in conducting the engagement.  His crew was courteous and very careful in moving equipment through the house into the upstairs areas, sealing off and setting up negative-pressure work spaces, accessing the attic through a bedroom closet hatchway, and then removing contaminated materials.
We were pleased with the work AES performed for us, and would recommend their services to our friends and neighbors.
