"Mr. [Member Name Removed], as discussed in all previous communications. The filter cleanings was not included on your signed contract so any cleaning we did were above and beyond our scope of work. You paid for a service we provided. We also offered to return and review the issue which you declined."
"Thank you for taking time out to provide your feedback [Member Name Removed]! It's greatly appreciated!! Agree with the pricing statement; we need to be able to charge enough to stay in business to be able to continue to serve wonderful clients such as yourself for many more years to come."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] - Is your name [Member Name Removed] or [Member Name Removed]? We have you in our System as [Member Name Removed]? I can gladly send you a photo of your System sticker showing you how many pounds your system takes. We came out on a Sunday to get your tenant(s) back with AC and did not charge you any overtime rates. How we left the system was verbally communicated to you and pictures were sent. If the filter was left in the system it would have froze up the system again leaving your tenant with no AC again. All costs are due in full upon completion. We're coming up on a week with no payment from your service on 6/6 you also failed to mention in your review that you have a old outstanding balance on your account from 12/5/2020 (which is well over the 30 days you state you pay your bills in?) Your Invoices have been sent to collections and it's sad that you felt to negatively review us for us asking to be paid. Our previous reviews reflect our company otherwise."
"Thank you for the review [Member Name Removed]! I'm so happy to hear we were able to fix your longstanding ductwork problem."

"Ms. [Member Name Removed], We are disappointed to see this review. You originally called in for a replacement estimate on your water heater to a hybrid model and changed the appointment to the maintenance with a check of the water heater. At the time of the initial call you were aware that the water heater needed to be replaced but changed your service request. Danny was there on the 6th for maintenance and checked the water heater per your request. You then called on a weekend and our office staff immediately had communication with you and Danny returned on Sunday. We never avoided calls or left your call unattended. You never approved the estimate for parts to correct the issue. What can we do to help resolve your complaint?"
"Thank you for the A review. We're so happy to hear you had a wonderful experience with Daniel. We'll see you in the Fall!"
