Property Management
They were awful! Nothing was ever maintained like they said it would be. There was one instance of someone being evicted, and they did not change the locks which allowed the tenant to move back in rent free a month after being evicted. They did nothing, but make excuses! We even received a notice from the city that one tenant was dumping fecal matter and other garbage on the front lawn, but nothing was done until we showed them the letter from the city even after several neighbor complaints. Their lawyer has also threatened us to stay quiet about these issues!
