This was the very best experience we've ever had in working with any time of home improvement or repair.  We received three estimates and decided to go with Artic Air based on Joe's professionalism and the fact that he mentioned a BGE rebate that no one else did.  Joe took the time to educated us.  We didn't feel like he was pushing anything on us but gave us options in all price categories.  Their pricing was the best we received but it wasn't just about price.  We did qualify for two rebates, which they did all the paperwork on, when one of the other companies said we would need to do all the paperwork.  The installation team was timely and very professional.  My husband asked if they could install the unit so we could easily get to the filter and although they had to a redo/refit on a portion of the unit it was handled with a smile and at no addtional charge.  Also Joe pointed out that the platform holding our current unit would need to be built out (we live near the water so the unit is raised) since the new unit was larger.  No one else had mentioned this.  They installed as soon as my husband added to the platform as it was summer and hot.  I may sound like a commercial for this company but we had just come off a bad experience with another company who had done exterior painting.  It is so refreshing to be able to say nice things about a home improvement experience.   Thank you Joe and Artic Air.    

     JOb done when promised. Workman did a nice professional job. Installation looks good. Front office especially the salesman made sure everything went smoothly.
